Our Policy: Orders, Returns, and Damages

Final Sales: All sales are considered final. Once placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Handmade Disclaimer: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges because of the unique, handcrafted nature of our jewelry. Slight variations in color, polish, or setting are inherent to handmade items and are not considered defects.

Quality Guarantee: Every piece is meticulously checked before shipment. The chance of receiving a damaged item is minimal.

Filing a Damage Claim: In the highly unlikely event your order arrives damaged due to transit, you must provide a continuous, unedited video of the parcel opening to file a claim.

Resolution: If your claim is validated, you will need to ship the item back to us. We will then repair or replace the damaged piece and send it back to you.
