Our founder, Sahana Mallikarjun, began her journey in the Fashion industry as a Fashion Designer and later as Fashion Model herself, working closely with Designers, Stylists, and Jewellers. Over the years, she realised that while fashion evolves constantly, jewellery holds a timeless power. It can transform a moment and become a quiet companion in a woman’s life.

As she stepped more into the world of Jewellery modelling, she got a good insight into the Jewellery world. She eventually started helping her friends & family choose unique Jewellery designs for their special occasions. She saw this as an opportunity to offer Unique and Premium designs in 92.5 Silver Jewellery. A space for design-led, thoughtfully crafted Indian silver jewellery that speaks to women who value individuality, artistry, and meaningful luxury.

And so, Akira was born.
Not as a business idea, but as a natural evolution of Purpose, Experience and Passion.
